For 90 days they have been sending qr link. it gives an error, they close the ticket. I open it again, they send qr link again. but I already have partner and reseller authorisation, they only need to activate the developer. their minds do not even work that much, the same person, the same qr code but their system is so bad that it does not work. there can't be such terrible service. I've been trying to get my business verified. It's a maddening process and the support "people" don't appear to understand how dates work. I sent our VAT registration document - too old (well it's as old as the company is as you'd expect and couldn't be more proof that it exists legally). So I sent our bank statements for March 2025. I get a response that says that's too old. I ask them to look at it again as it's literally last month. Then I get this response today: "...The document that you have provided is no longer valid since it was issued for the period (01/03/2025 - 31/03/2025). Kindly share with us a more recent document. All documents submitted should be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least 2 months away." In Partner Center I want to create an admin relationship request for a certain customer. As you can see below I receive an error message when I clicked on 'finalize request'. The details of the error message: We are unable to validate your 'Create new GDAP relationship' request at this time. Be advised anonymous connections are not allowed for this service. If you believe you received this message in error, please try your request again. Click to learn about action you can take. If the issue persists, contact support and reference message code 715-123220 and Transaction ID: xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. I tried to create a request on different times of the day and even my colleague doesn't managed to finalize the request because she also receives the same message. Hi, About 2 months ago I signed up for an organization Microsoft development account, however, I've been stuck on "Email verification" ever since. Regardless of how often I press the "fix now" button, I will never receive the email verification email. I also tried to contact support with this issue an was assigned a support ticket ID (2504100040007995) but even there I keep running into issues. I cannot seem to view the details of the ticket but I did receive an email a few days ago that my support ticket got closed 🙄 What can I do get unstuck from this ? Cant pass Employment Verification phase. "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." We have provided a Cloudflare domain invoice that includes the domain name, exact company name, my name, exact company address, and it is dated within the last 12 months. I have used the "Fix Now" option multiple times and exhausted all attempts. After that, I have been going back and forth with a real person for weeks, but their responses seem to be generic and often incomplete email templates. The last time I tried, I put together what I thought was the ultimate helpful email, laying out all the required information in the clearest way possible. I attached three documents with all the requested details and even more supporting information. After waiting a week, I received a response that simply said: "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." I never received any further information or assistance in any of the previous emails, and I am completely in the dark. I have read multiple posts in the community, and it seems like many people are facing the same issue. Is there any actual solution to this, or should I just give up now? I have tried with several accounts and lost a few hundred dollars in the process. I also read that they do not even refund non-verified accounts. It feels like outright fraud. I need help. Hi Microsoft, I have been stuck for weeks in my verification... I made that process before and was be able to upload my app, but now to make updates I need to verify again... The platform is locked for multiple tries and now I am in real trouble. Also, 3 days ago I put a ticket but when I go to detail of the ticket, I see this issue.. I found Partner Microsoft painful, I don't understand what's the standard quality in the company but nothing works... There is someone who can give me a hand and help me validate my information manually. I can send all the documentation that you need, my company is a self-propership register in Ontario, Canada... We have problems with Employment verification. I think we did everything we found on blogs and even what I got back in two emails from Microsoft, which are the same, it looks like copy and paste. The funny thing is that they tell me that I have to use an email that is not info, sales, marketing for the contact email and they write me to my personal email email address removed for privacy reasons When I want to upload another support ticket they tell me that I can't upload another ticket for the same topic, that I have to provide more information in the one I already have open. When I want to open it I get an error and it tells me that it is not possible to get the ticket data. This is unbelievable, with Android and Apple we didn't have even half of the problems we are having with Microsoft. It's quite frustrating. Grateful if anyone can help us.Developer Verification 23. Another week has passed, our current status - Verification Cancelled ... by whom? No one knows. Before we received this email: Afterwards I checked our status in the portal: Yesterday's status: I ha.te this so much ... since September we are doing this nonsense, 2 days ago I was asked to verify our company email..... there should be a button send verification .. well it was just not in our portal account. They added more nonsense to this we had to modify the domain name entry and add some MS specific information to it... good we did it but ...WHAT FOR?? Dear all, We have been trying to get into the Windows Hardware Developer Program for months, trying to get our driver signed. We had to postpone launch for months now: it is very business critical. After 2 months of back & forth with support, we finally got in, and were preparing our HLK tests to submit. Once ready, we returned to the partner portal to see that now our vetting process got cancelled... There is no reason stated anywhere, no way to reapply, nothing... We're so desperate that we created this post. Creating support tickets is trash. It takes you a week before you get a templated or AI generated response that does not help you. After a while a human gets assigned to your case, but they often times are unable to help and just let the ticket die. Calling the support desk is worse: MS's IVR only knows how to refer you to O365 or Azure support pages. If you answer anything else, it cuts you off and ends the call. If you do manage to prompt it correctly, it will finally send you over to a human, who looks at your ticket and notices that it indeed has been open for months without help, but cannot assist further. I'm sure we're not the only people struggling, since I've seen multiple very similar (not same) posts to this one. Does anyone have any clue what the problem might be & how to fix this? Best, MJ
