PL-300 exam cancelled
I gave my PL-300 exam through Pearson vue platform which was closed by proctor by alleging that I was cheating, I ensured the proctor that I am not cheating by any means but the exam window was closed by him even before I can attempt a single question, I raised this concern to Pearson vue support also, please provide resolution for this I want my exam to be rescheduled again.MCT New and Renewing MCTs - Update May 29

Successfully Completed MB- 800 Exam and I did not receive Certficate
Hi All Successfully Completed My B-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant exam But I which I successfully completed on May 2, 2025. While I received my score report immediately after the exam, I have not yet received my official certification.
SC-400 Exam Retake
Good Evening Microsoft Support, Hope you are well. On Friday I took exam SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection and Compliance Administrator on Pearson Vue online. The test was very different from the Microsoft practice exam. I paid $165 for the exam and felt that I was severely prepared. I would like to retake the exam, but do not think it is fair to have to pay for another exam seeing as it was nothing like the modules or the practice exams. I also would like to know what tools I could use for mastering the Pearson Vue exam better. Thank you
Need Help to Reschedule My DP-100 Certification Exam After OnVUE Check-In Issue
Hello Community, I need your kind support regarding an issue I faced with my Microsoft certification exam. I had registered for the DP-100 - Designing and Implementing a Data Science Solution on Azure - English (ENU) exam. I tried to check in through OnVUE 30 minutes before my scheduled time, as instructed. However, during the check-in process, I encountered a laptop camera issue, which caused a delay. By the time I resolved the issue, the check-in window had closed, and I was not allowed to take the exam. The message shown was: "OnVUE check-in cannot be started at this time." It also said that I may have missed the appointment or completed the exam, but I never got to write the exam at all. After this, I was advised to reschedule the exam. However, when I log in to my Microsoft dashboard, the DP-100 certification is no longer visible, and I have no option to reschedule. I also contacted Microsoft support, and they directed me here to the Microsoft Certification Community for help. I’m confused and disappointed, as I prepared for this exam and now I don’t know what steps to take. Please guide me on how I can: Retrieve my exam information Reschedule the DP-100 exam Get support in such situations when there is no live assistance available Thank you in advance for your help and understanding.
