Viktoria “Vik” Harrison is a designer, marketer, and nonprofit coach who co-founded charity: water, a leading nonprofit that has provided clean water to over 15 million people. A branding expert, she helps mission-driven leaders amplify their impact.

After starting in advertising, Vik left corporate life in 2006 to build charity: water alongside her husband, Scott Harrison. She shaped its storytelling, branding, and marketing innovation.

Now, through her coaching platform Mission Critical, she empowers nonprofit founders with the skills to grow impactful organizations.
