Need Urgent Help-Data movement from Azure Cloud to On premise databases

I have a requirement to transfer JSON payload data from Azure Service Bus Queue/Topics to an on-premises Oracle DB. Could I use an ADF Pipeline for this, or is there a simpler process available? If so, what steps and prerequisites are necessary? Please also mention any associated pros and cons.

Additionally, I need to move data into on-premises IBM DB2 and MySQL databases using a similar approach. Are there alternatives if no direct connector is available? Kindly include any pros and cons related to these options.
