Learn how to enable the Microsoft Loop app, now in Public Preview

The communication above, posted back in March, was tailored for a moment in time when Loop was still in public preview, disabled by default, and before we had integration with the Microsoft Admin Center as another option for a simpler admin toggle. Now, in November, Loop is generally available.
